Why would I host a competition if only 5 people (all of whom applied) are the only ones to vote?  To make the win completely fair, the only solution is to create as large an audience as possible to accurately determine whether someone has won the competition. The best way to ensure there is a consistently large audience is by maintaining a top spot amongst other rooms.
